Hey y'all! The truck is here but we still have so much more work to do. Watch this video and take a tour of the truck with us. Then you can learn about what we're doing to get ready for our big grand opening event - hopefully the week after Pentecost! 

Here's what we're working on:

  • installing our Steering Committee/Board of Directors
  • creating our Mission, Vision, Values, and RIC Welcome statements
  • registering and titling the truck in the state of Michigan
  • getting the truck licensed with the health department and up to fire code
  • obtaining proper insurance coverage
  • updating the outside wrap/design on the truck
